PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (hereinafter referred to as Bank Victoria or Bank) was first established under the name PT Bank Victoria based on Deed of Limited Liability Company No. 71 dated October 28, 1992 made before the notary Amrul Partomuan Pohan SH, LLM. The name of Bank Victoria later changed to PT Bank Victoria International based on Amendment Deed No. 30 on June 8, 1993. The deed of name change was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights based on Decree C2-4903. HT.01.01.Th.93 dated 19 June 1993 and has been registered with the Registrar of the North Jakarta District Court under No. 342 / Leg / 1993 on June 29, 1993, and has been announced in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 39 dated 15 May 1998 and Supplement No. 2602.

Bank Victoria commercially started operations on October 5, 1994 after obtaining a business license as a commercial bank on August 10, 1994. In 1997, Bank Victoria expanded its service portfolio by trading foreign currencies after obtaining a license from Bank Indonesia based on License No. 029/126 / UOPM on March 25, 1997 which has been extended through Letter No. 5/6 / KEP.DIR.PIP / 2003 on December 24, 2003, and has obtained a statement of re-registration registration from Bank Indonesia based on Letter No. 10/365 / DPIP / Prz April 8, 2008.

Meanwhile, as of 30 July 2019, the Bank had 86 Operational Office networks consisting of 1 Head Office, 13 Branch Offices, 61 Sub-Branch Offices and 11 Cash Offices spread across Greater Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Manado, Bali, Semarang and Makassar . As of July 30, 2019 Bank Victoria's employees numbered 1,044 employees to continue expanding their business through a variety of integrated financial services.
