Product Operations & Settlement

Requirement :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • (Must have Min. 2 years of experience).
  • Have good understanding of requirement analysis and documentation.
  • Have good communication skills (written and verbal) and should be able to work with engineering and product management team.
  • High level understanding of software development process and technical terminology required.
  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including the documents.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related documentation tools

Responsibilities included but are not limited to the following:

  • Understanding the product functionality and developing technical documentation for various products.
  • Will work with different teams to create Functional Specification Documents, API Documentation, Requirement Documents, User Manual Guide Documents, Troubleshooting Documents, etc.
  • Obtain technical information from project developers, product managers, testers and product support personnel and convert specific feedback into documentation.
  • Maintain revision between document release.
  • Accessibility of the internal and 3rd party document.
  • Ensure the published document matched to product delivered.
  • Ensure documents are updated and relevant.
